Per presidential proclamation, the American flag, California flag and the University of California flag are flown at half-staff at the Memorial Union, Mrak Hall and the UC Davis Airport in honor of the victims of the tragedy in Indianapolis, Indiana. The flag is being flown at half-staff from April 16 until sunset on April 20, 2021.
