US, California and University flags flown at half-staff with Memorial Union in background

Per presidential proclamation, the American flag, California flag and the University of California flag are flown at half-staff at the Memorial Union in honor of Patriot Day.

The flags are being flown at half-staff on September 11, 2025.

Honoring the 2,977 innocent souls who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.
