Per a joint agreement, the American flag, California flag and the University of California flag are flown at half-staff at the Memorial Union, Mrak Hall and the UC Davis Airport for Patriot Day and National Day of Service and Remembrance.
The flags are being flown at half-staff on September 11, 2024 in honor of the individuals who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.
