In Honor of Former Vice President Richard Cheney

Per presidential proclamation, the American flag, California flag and the University of California flag are flown at half-staff at the Memorial Union in honor of former Vice President Richard "Dick" Cheney. 

The flag is being flown at half-staff from November 4 through the day of his interment:
